A group of residential redevelopment projects following wildfire damage, spanning multiple sites with varying coastal and hillside conditions in Pacific Palisades.

Each design responds to updated building requirements — incorporating fire-resistant materials and revised structural strategies while preserving orientation toward views and outdoor space.

Currently in design, the work reflects the intersection of evolving code, site-specific planning, and the particular demands of post-fire reconstruction.
