Designed in collaboration with an internationally recognized architecture studio, the townhouse residences achieve a single-family sense of scale and space within a disciplined, compact footprint.

Completion is anticipated in early 2027. The project emphasizes proportion, material clarity, and the kind of execution that begins well before construction.
